These terms explain the conditions for using Buzzrang and ordering its services.

Terms of use

Buzzrang provides the website and services described here. By accessing the site or using a service, you accept these terms and agree to comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the website. Website materials remain protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights.

Use License

You may download a single copy of website material for temporary, personal viewing that is not commercial. This permission does not transfer ownership of the material. It does not allow you to:

  • alter, reproduce or copy the material;
  • use it commercially or display it publicly;
  • decompile or reverse engineer software supplied through the website;
  • remove copyright notices or other ownership information; or
  • pass the material to another person or reproduce it on another server.

The permission ends if you breach these restrictions, and Buzzrang may withdraw it. When it ends, delete or destroy any copies you hold, whether they are digital or printed.

Strict Prohibition of Commercial Use

Services are offered for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use is prohibited. This restriction includes using a service for any of the following purposes:

  1. Do not use an ordered service to support commercial activity, including the uses listed below:
    • advertising or promoting a business, product or commercial service;
    • earning money or generating revenue;
    • obtaining a commercial benefit or advantage;
    • influencing prospective customers or business partners.
  2. Engagement obtained through the service, including followers, likes, views and comments, must not be presented as evidence of your influence or importance in a commercial setting.
  3. Artificially inflated engagement used for commercial purposes may be treated as an unfair or deceptive practice under applicable law. You are responsible for how you use it.
  4. The services may not be used by a business or by someone acting on a business’s behalf.
  5. Buzzrang may immediately stop providing services when this restriction or applicable rules on commercial use are breached.
  6. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable laws, including rules concerning unfair or deceptive commercial practices.

Using a service confirms that you understand these restrictions and will use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

Website material is supplied on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Buzzrang disclaims express and implied warranties, including those concerning merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that website material, or material on linked websites, is accurate or reliable, or that using it will produce a particular result. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitations

To the extent the law allows, Buzzrang and its suppliers are not liable for losses resulting from using, or being unable to use, website material. This includes lost data, lost profits and business interruption, even where the possibility of loss has been reported. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Billing

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use, and check the order details before confirming a purchase. Available methods and the payment provider are shown during checkout. Fraudulent payment claims or misuse of a payment account may result in cancellation or suspension of service. If there is a problem with an order, contact support so we can investigate and help resolve it. This request does not remove any dispute or refund rights provided by law or your payment provider.

Revisions and Errata

Website material may contain technical, spelling, image or other errors and may not always be current or complete. Buzzrang may correct or update it without notice and does not undertake to update every item continuously.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

The terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies to use of the website after an update takes effect, subject to any notice or other requirements of applicable law.

Governing Law

Disputes concerning Buzzrang or use of its website are subject to applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory protections or rights available to you under that law.

Refunds

General Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an Instagram likes, followers, views or comments service, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase, subject to the exclusions below. Send the request to support@buzzrang.com with the details of the issue.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available under this policy for:

  1. free credits or services supplied as a promotion;
  2. a service whose delivery has been completed and confirmed; or
  3. an account that has breached these terms.

Process

  1. Email support with your order number and explain why you are requesting a refund. Include any information that helps us check the issue.
  2. We review the request and normally confirm approval or refusal within 3–5 business days.
  3. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may affect when it appears.

Right to Deny Refund

Buzzrang may refuse a request where there is:

  1. an attempt to misuse or exploit the refund policy;
  2. repeated refund requests from the same customer for one or more services; or
  3. a failure to comply with the refund conditions or other applicable terms.

Service-Specific Guidelines

Completed and confirmed Instagram engagement services are excluded from refunds under this policy. If delivery or quality is causing a problem, contact support before the 30-day request period ends so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy removes rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

Placing an order confirms your acceptance of this refund policy. Any later changes will appear on this page and are subject to applicable notice requirements.

Service

  1. Buzzrang operates independently and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or their partners.
  2. You must follow your social platform’s rules and the laws that apply to you. Use of Buzzrang remains your responsibility.
  3. You remain responsible for your account and activity. Buzzrang is not responsible for a platform’s decision to restrict or suspend an account.
  4. Your public username or content link is used to identify the destination and arrange delivery. We never require your password. Information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
  5. Engagement totals can change over time. An order does not guarantee lasting counts, organic reach or a particular response from other users.
  6. Service availability may be interrupted, and operation cannot be guaranteed to remain free of errors.
  7. Keep the destination account or content public during delivery. Making it private can interrupt the service; delays caused by that change do not qualify for reimbursement for the affected period.
  8. Confirm that you understand the selected service and are authorized to make the payment. Do not submit a fraudulent payment dispute.
  9. Buzzrang may change, suspend or withdraw a service or website content, subject to any obligations and rights that applicable law requires.
  10. Review this page periodically so you know which terms apply when you use the service.
